The Factory Workshop Team with their extensive know-how will effectively manage any production issue.
From manufacturing process to logistics: The Warehouse Team will see to it that everything arrives quickly, correctly, and properly packaged.
Minimum order value for the very first order: 350.- €
Delivery is always ex works, Versmold, Germany.
Returns can be processed only within 8 days after receipt of the merchandise.
Return deliveries will be accepted only after prior telephone consultation and must be properly postage-paid.
Shipments: when customer has not given up any shipping instructions, we always ship the fastest, but most economical way. The freight charges are billed to the customer‘s account.
Freight charges are depending on volume and weight of the delivery. (Freight charges are billed at prime costs)
Payment: Prepayment – the goods will always be invoiced in Euro (€). Wire transfers and cheques are only accepted in Euro currency.
We reserve ourselves little changes in style or price of some articles.

Up to complete payment the goods remain on our property.
