Complaints and returns

Dear customer,
In the event of a return or complaint, please follow the steps below:

1. Contact us
Please contact us within 14 days of receiving the goods.
You can contact us by e-mail at retoure@redecker.de or by telephone on +49 (0) 5423 9464-99.
Please include your order number, a description of the problem and, if possible, photos of the defective or faulty item.

2. Examination of your complaint
Our customer service team will check your complaint as quickly as possible and then get in touch with you.
In some cases, it may be necessary for us to obtain further information or pictures from you.

3. Return of the goods
If it is necessary to return the item, you will receive a return label from us.
Please do not simply return the goods without this process or freight collect.
We are generally unable to cover the costs of such returns.

After you have received the label, please pack the goods carefully and send them with the enclosed return label to the address given and keep the proof of dispatch until the complaint has been completed.

If it is not a complaint, but, for example, a return due to dissatisfaction, we cannot bear the costs for the return shipment.

4. Processing and solution
After receipt and inspection of the returned goods, we will inform you of the outcome of the complaint.
Depending on the case, we will offer you one of the following solutions:
⁃Repair of the defective item
⁃Exchange for a new item
⁃Refund of the purchase price (including return shipping costs, if applicable)

5. Conclusion of the complaint
We endeavor to conclude your complaint as quickly as possible.
The processing time may vary depending on the nature of the problem and the solution chosen.

6. Refund
If a refund is required, this will usually be made within 14 days of confirmation of the refund.
The refund will always be made to the original means of payment used.
