Minimum order value and shipping costs

You are not bound to a minimum order value with us. However, it is still worth placing a slightly larger order with us because, depending on the country you are ordering from, delivery is free for orders above a certain order value.
For orders worth less than €50.– we will charge you a pro-rata shipping and packaging fee of €5.95 for deliveries within Germany.
For all other EU countries we charge a flat rate shipping costs for orders below € 125.– of €14.95 per order.

Delivery countries

In principle, we only deliver to addresses within the European Union. Deliveries to European so-called native currency countries are only possible if the invoice is paid in euros (€).
Unfortunately we cannot deliver to Great Britain and Switzerland.
We send your orders as an insured package with DHL to your address within the EU.
If you live in an area to which we do not deliver, you can of course also give us a different delivery address.
The delivery time after receipt of payment is approx. 2-7 days, depending on the country and region.

Of course, you also have the option of picking up your ordered goods from our warehouse in Versmold. However, this requires prior ordering and payment for the goods. Please contact us in advance if you would like to collect your ordered goods from us.

If possible, please do not order any goods from us for selection or viewing. We pay great attention to the ecological compatibility of our actions not only in our products - we also want to cause as little CO2 and environmental damage as possible in our shipments. Every day countless trucks drive through Germany and Europe with returns, many of which could be avoided.
